Parent and Tutor Relationship
Green Lane Madrasah places an important role on the relationship between students and teachers, however many young students are reliant on parents for support, for this reason a strong relationship between student, parents and teacher is a vital importance. For this reason, we have implemented the following to allow this connection to grow:
- Parent and Tutor Agreement Form (upon registration)
- Class Dojo – a program used daily to update parents on their child’s progress and allow communication between tutor and parent
- Parents Evening which will commence at the end of every term
- Termly Newsletters
- Termly child’s reports
Parent and Headteacher Relationship
We understand how important it is for parents to voice their opinions and concerns with management to create a trusting relationship. For this reason, the following steps will come into effect this year.
- Parent Partnership Forum – this will be regular meetings with the head teacher to keep parents updated.
Head teacher surgery – these are sessions between parent and the head teacher available every Tuesday, please see booking form to request a selected time.
