Introduction

Is Anyone There is the GLMCC counselling service and values the wellbeing of the community it serves. It has been setup to offer guidance and support to Muslims and non-Muslims in the community.

We believe that emotional, psychological and spiritual therapy should be accessible to all.

Please use the navigation on the left of the page to find out about our services and how we can help you.

What We Do

Is Anyone There counselling service differentiates itself from other counselling service providers because it takes a unique approach to mental well-being. Emotional / psychological and spiritual support do not need to be addressed separately; they can be treated collectively so an individual may benefit from all approaches. Non spiritual or religious counselling such as stress management, or abuse can incorporate all aspects of mental health and well-being using trained counselling personnel.

Our Mission

“To provide a non-judgemental, approachable support service to people who are in need of emotional and psychological support during times of difficulty, confusion or hardships to improve their well-being and quality of life.”

Aim

To provide a counselling and Islamic guidance service which will meet the spiritual and psychological needs of individuals upholding GLMCC values whilst maintaining professionalism and integrity.

Is Anyone There will ensure that we:

  • Are accessible to all people regardless of race, creed, colour and beliefs.
  • Provide a range of services so you can benefit from the different styles of counselling available.
  • Provide you with emotional or spiritual support and guidance.
  • Work with you to improve the quality of your life.
