A chance for continuous reward

Our founders’ vision for a magnificent center serving not only the Muslim community but also as a beacon of hope for all has become a reality.

For over a decade, our masjid has been overflowing with worshipers, and our dawah programs have benefitted millions worldwide.

Green Lane Masjid are constantly inundated with requests to offer more services to bring benefit to our community. Sadly we have one issue, it is simply due to the lack of space we are unable to increase our services, facilities and capacity.

The Prophet ﷺ said:

“Whoever builds a mosque for the sake of Allah, like a sparrow’s nest or even smaller, Allah will build for him a house in Paradise.” (Sahih al-Bukhari)

We are ready to make our vision a reality, we need £100,000 in seed funding to start building a large-scale project for future generations.

With land acquired, we’re excited to begin construction, appoint an architect and start conversations with Birmingham City Council about our plans. Following the RIBA stages of construction the £100,000 will cover  stages 1-3.

The Prophet ﷺ said:

“When a man dies, his deeds come to an end except for three things: Sadaqah Jariyah (ceaseless charity);a knowledge which is beneficial, or a virtuous descendant who prays for him (for the deceased).”
