Please fill in this form if you would like to book one of our imams to conduct the nikah ceremony at GLM or at an external venue.

Please read the Terms & Conditions thoroughly before you submit the booking form. There are two sets of Term & Conditions, one for the Nikah to be conducted at the masjid and another for the one conducted at an external venue.

• There will be no stage setup
• There will be no decorations (flowers, balloons, etc) provided
• The fees must be paid on the day of nikah prior to the nikah ceremony.
• There must not be any delay in the time of nikah agreed between you and GLM.
• In case of delay in commencing the nikah ceremony for more than 20 minutes due to late arrival of guests, you will be charged a £50 penalty
• No food or drinks will be allowed except water and post nikah sweets (such as dates or chocolate). Please avoid syrup dipped sweets.
• The guests will be expected to evacuate the area within 15 minutes after the nikah ceremony is over.
• No photography or videography will be allowed at the masjid’s premises (neither in the prayer halls nor the carpark)
• All guests are expected to dress modestly and appropriately

Due to busy nature of the masjid on a Friday, we are unable to host any nikah on this day.

• The nikah ceremony must be arranged with complete segregation between men & women.
• No music to be played
• There must not be any delay in nikah for more than 30 minutes from the time agreed between you and GLM

In case of breach of any of the above T&C, the imam deserves the right to refuse conducting the nikah.

Please share the terms and condition with all the relevant people (including the guests in attendance) so that they also abide by them.

Our standard nikah ceremony fee is £150 for up to 100 guests in attendance. The charges may very if nikah is booked for an external venue
