Please note that zakat is not paid towards personal loans.

As part of this form, you will be asked to upload documents to support your application.

After you submit the form, a member of our team will contact you about the next steps, in shā’ Allāh.

Completing this form does not mean you will definitely receive zakat.

The form can take up to 30 minutes to complete.
