Who can join this Umrah trip?
The trip is open to everyone. Whether you are travelling alone, with family or friends, you are welcome to join us.
Are children allowed?
What is not included?
Anything not specifically listed under “What’s Included”, such as personal spending, meals other than breakfast, travel insurance and any additional personal expenses.
Who will be leading the religious programme?
The trip will be accompanied by a Green Lane Masjid Imam “Shaykh Mustafa Abu Rayyan” and an experienced guide who will deliver regular reminders, Seerah lessons and guidance throughout the journey.
Can I choose my room type?
Yes. You can choose from:
• Quad Room – £1,500 per person
• Triple Room – £1,625 per person
• Double Room – £1,845 per person
Room allocation is subject to availability at the time of booking.

Does a sister need a mahram to join the Umrah trip?
Our policy is that sisters should make every reasonable effort to travel with a mahram, as this is closer to the guidance of the Sunnah and is what we strongly encourage. If you are unable to travel with a mahram due to extenuating circumstances, please contact our team at umrah@greenlanemasjid.org for further advice and guidance.
Is there an additional charge for foreign passport holders?
Yes. Passengers travelling on foreign passports will incur an additional £150 visa charge per person.
Will I receive a refund if I cancel my booking?
Refunds are only available in the event of an emergency and must be requested by 30th September 2026. If approved, you will receive a partial refund, with £350 deducted from the ticket price you paid per person. After 30th September 2026, all bookings are non-refundable.

The e-visa is included for those who hold a British passport. If you do not hold a British passport, an alternative visa can be arranged at an additional cost and may take a few extra days to be approved.
