Lila brings a wealth of management experience to the Madrasah, having been the Head Teacher of 2 Independent Islamic Schools in Birmingham.

Lila’s management style is one that motivates staff productivity. She is a skilled communicator, who is able to maintain cultural sensitivity, establish rapport with members of diverse groups and promote team cohesiveness.

Lila is a French native speaker and is also fluent in English and Arabic. Lila’s interests include art, travel, museums, reading, languages and sport.
