Annual Leave
- For new employees, annual leave allowance starts at 20 days. For every year of service, this then increases by one day (up to a maximum 4 years).
- In addition, our employees also enjoy an extra 4 days leave for the celebration of Eid. These days are to be taken on the days that Green Lane Masjid declares as official Eid days, split across Eid Al Fitr and Eid Al Adha.
- Part-time colleagues have their Eid Days calculated on a pro-rata basis.
Pension Scheme
- All colleagues are automatically enrolled onto our Shariah-compliant workplace pension scheme after two months of service, with the option to opt out or increase contributions at any time. We contribute towards your pension to help you plan for a secure future insha Allah.
